What is the SCAMPER Tool?

SCAMPER is a creative thinking tool which applies a set of directed questions in a logical, structured way to build on existing ideas and/or solve problems in a creative way.

The questions were created by Alec Osborn but the acronym SCAMPER was developed by Bob Eberle.

The SCAMPER acronym means:
