Jayne Cormie ~ Chief Thinker
Jayne is the Founder and Managing Director of The Thinking Business. Her career spans more than 20 years. She started her career in corporate sales and marketing working for companies including United Biscuits, Terry’s of York, Heinz and Rank Hovis McDougall.
Since starting The Thinking Business in 2000, Jayne has focused her career on growing the business and serving her clients achieve. She is passionately committed to helping individuals, teams and organisations learn how to think better, smarter and more creatively in order that can achieve their full potential.
Jayne’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Education (Honours) degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Henley Management College. She is also a graduate of the Disney Institute in Creativity and Innovation.
Jayne is licensed by Tony Buzan to provide training in the world famous Mind Mapping® technique, speed reading, memory skills and accelerated learning. She was trained by and has co-trained with Tony and is a huge supporter of his work in business and education.
She is also an accredited consultant of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI).
